COC Netherlands is designated by the tax authorities as a General Beneficial Institution and is registered under number: 0041.63.849 (RSIN).
Strategic Framework:
The General Assembly of the COC Netherlands - the highest body of the federation in which the COC associations are represented - adopts the Strategic Framework. This policy document gives direction to the work of the COC and binds activities together.
Multi-year budget:
On November 25, 2017, the General Assembly of Members approved COC Netherlands' 2018 budget and financial reckoning for the years 2019 through 2022. The basis for the financial run-through from 2019 is the budget for the year 2018, taking into account desired investments in files, expected price increases, duration of currently funded projects and fundraising goals.

Compensation Policy:
For its remuneration policy of management and employees, COC Nederland follows the collective agreement "Welzijn en Zorg" (welfare and care). The income of the management, which is published in the annual accounts, is much lower than that of a minister.
Directors may be reimbursed for expenses they have incurred, provided this is reasonable and fair. The chairman receives an attendance fee for her work that is not excessive. The amount of the fee is published in the financial statements.
