Our fight for equal rights for the rainbow community knows no end. Would you like to continue contributing in the future? Then consider the possibility of including COC in your will.
To get everything right, it is important that you know what you are getting into. That is why we have created a magazine for you. In it you will meet Gerard & Frans and Chiel. They explain why they have included COC in their wills. You will also find informative interviews with a pink notary and an executor. They answer many questions about settling your estate.

COC Netherlands is designated by the tax authorities as an Institution for General Benefit (ANBI) and therefore pays no inheritance tax on your inheritance or bequest. Your entire estate therefore goes to us. COC is also recognized as a charity by the CBF. According to its statutes, the COC may only accept an inheritance on a beneficial basis. This means that there must be no debts. The COC adheres to the Code Bequeathing of Charities Netherlands.
