As we move forward in our work to support and protect the rights of LGBTIQ+ people around the world, COC Nederland, Pan Africa ILGA and ILGA Asia are looking to conduct an externally supported reflection process on our partnership as the Power of Pride Alliance.
The goal is to gain deeper insights into the current state of our collaboration, including our needs, roles and responsibilities as organisation(s) operating-in-partnership, as well as to better understand and identify ways of improving in-country and regional support, grant-making processes, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and national and international lobby and advocacy, for future collaboration in our joint programmes.
We seek to commission this assignment to reflect on and (where needed) revisit these roles and responsibilities, analyse their effectiveness and efficiency and understand what has or needs to shift in order to refine our current practice and inform the strategic direction of our future programming. Under Power of Pride, our ambition is to work towards achieving programme goals as equal alliance partners with a shared vision while strengthening LGBTIQ+ movements at national, regional and global levels, and shifting decision-making power to rights-holders.
The assignment is expected to be carried out over a period of approximately 5 – 7 weeks, beginning in August and September 2025, with deliverables submitted by September 30, 2025. We invite proposals from qualified individual consultants, teams and/or firms with the relevant technical capacity in organisational and partnership development as well as demonstrated experience, skillset and sensitivity in facilitating dialogue in multilateral North–South partnerships.
